Thank goodness. This is great news, was a pain making videos under a minute in order to use across multiple platforms.
The difference between a short and a regular video now is starting to become blurred. If the time increases any more, honestly the only difference is aspect ratios
About time they added this. I believe 3 mins is a pretty good sweet spot.
