I was pretty excited to hear about this for my peers. A lot felt unable to leave Twitch's bubble because they wanted the maximum potential to get viewers. With this, they opened up to trying out other streaming sites as well.
Some of the terms are a tad confusing but this is better than nothing. Maybe they'll update it in the future?
Totally a W for twitch. And I agree with you and your peer group, it seems like twitch finally understood that creators tend to try to expose themselves on as many outlets as possible. The new CEO already seems to understand the user base far more than the last guy.
