I do agree that you need to be a little wild for creativity to flourish.
The office environment might be one of the worst for this. Everything is process and procedure, deadlines and stress. Not saying it’s not possible, but it’s not optimal.
I found that the comfort of my own home (working remotely) and little to no meetings is as close as I can get in a corporate environment.
