Roblox has launched a $35 million Creator Fund, expanding beyond gaming to support creators developing various projects on its platform. The fund will include developer studios and users creating content beyond games, such as short-form videos. Roblox aims to empower creators globally while incorporating IP from partners like Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender. The platform, with over 71.5 million daily active users, seeks to evolve beyond gaming and has faced criticism for not compensating underage creators adequately. Creators on Roblox can earn money through various avenues, including in-game purchases, ads, and avatar clothing sales.

I swear Roblox is the most pro-creator company out there at this time.
They do an amazing job of keeping creator’s motivated and engaged.
I know they have had criticism for not compensating creators as much in the past, but to be honest I think they are making significant improvements.
This is a good first step, I hope they continue to increase the overall pie. For comparison, youtube probably offers around $10B a year to its audience (keep in mind they also shove ads down peoples throats :})
